SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) – Sanford Health is honoring the legacy of T. Denny Sanford with a dollar for dollar match up to $1 Million donation.
The matching gift runs until March 1st.
They are giving the money to Sioux Empire United Way to help the organization reach its goal of more than nine-million-400-thousand dollars this year.
United Way CEO Lisa Erickson says it’s the best way she can think of to pay tribute to Sanford, who she says loved the organization and matching gift programs.
Sanford Health CEO Bill Gassen says helping the United Way is a privilege.
