SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) – The Department of Corrections is alerting Sioux Falls residents of the upcoming release of a high-risk offender from prison.
62-year-old Anthony Salinas completes his 12-year sentence for aggravated assault and will be released tomorrow.
Since he’s serving the entire sentence, Salinas won’t be on parole.
Corrections Secretary Nick Lamb says Salinas is a high risk to reoffend and revert to violent behavior.
