SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) – A third suspect in the McKenna Wendell case will make his first court appearance in Sioux City Federal Court this morning.
Kevin Chapman is accused of conspiracy to distribute cocaine that resulted in death according to a report by Sioux Falls Live.
The 14-year-old Wendell went missing earlier this year and was found dead in Brookings County of an overdose.
