MOSCOW, Nov 3 (Reuters) – An oil refinery in the Russian city of Yaroslavl was damaged in a Ukrainian drone attack, local governor Mikhail Evrayev said on Tuesday, as the Defence Ministry said it had downed 856 enemy drones over Russia’s regions overnight.
Two employees at the Yaroslavl refinery were injured and emergency services were working to put out a fire at the site, Evrayev said.
