SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Wheelchair bound people can now get an up-close look at nature. The Sioux Falls Outdoor Campus and Good Earth State Park are among several state parks featuring all-terrain wheelchairs. People can rent the chairs, which come equipped with trailers, and can be taken anywhere in the state for hunting, fishing and other outdoor recreation activities.
