SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — A motorcycle accident late last week claimed the life of a Sioux Falls man. 31-year old Jeremy Elann was heading eastbound on 11th street and struck the curb on the north side of the street. Speed and alcohol don’t appear to have been factors, but police say he wasn’t wearing a helmet. The accident is still being investigated.
