PINE RIDGE, S.D. (KELO.com) — A Pine Ridge man is facing 14 felony counts for a homicide in Sioux Falls in 2024.
Robin Joseph Swallow is pleading not guilty by reason of insanity.
He is accused of beating a 64-year-old man to death near the intersection of 12th Street and Cleveland Avenue.
The victim was identified as Michael Raymond Colvin of Sioux Falls.
Aside from murder, Swallow is being charged with aggravated assault, kidnapping, robbery and a parole violation.
