I was born in San Diego in 1999. My dad was stationed in the Navy down there at the time. Before I was 1 years old my parents had already moved back home to Canton, SD, where I grew up and graduated high school in 2017. Like many fresh high school graduates I didn’t know what I wanted to do. I got an associates degree in Business from Northeast Community College.

I was drawn to music very early in life, learning to play piano in kindergarten, picking up a guitar at 8 years old, and percussion in school band and choir by 10 years old. In 2016 I was a member of the SuFuDu drum-line and made many great memories and friends I keep to this day.

I am new to the radio profession, learning new things every day, and excited to be given the opportunity to be a host for one of my personal favorite radio stations. Though I am new to radio, I have been dabbling in multimedia content creation since middle school, making YouTube videos with some friends and my mom’s camcorder. My knack for cameras was what initially got me into media editing as a craft.

Other than music and media, I have a deep passion for astronomy. Given even half a chance I will happily give you a 30 minute monologue on crazy space facts. I’m currently down the road of learning astrophotography.
