St. Francis House begins expansion effort

SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — The St. Francis House in Sioux Falls is planning for expansion.  Fundraising has begun in an effort to raise ten-million dollars for a new addition called the ‘Healing Home’.  The transitional housing facility has a waiting list of more than 200 people, including former prisoners looking to make a fresh start.
