SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA (KELO.com) — Inmates joined cleanup efforts in Harrisburg and Hartford Tuesday following weekend storms. Corrections Secretary Nick Lamb says they’ll be available as long as they’re needed. Earlier this month, inmates worked over 27-hundred hours helping clean up Highmore and Huron which were devastated by high winds.
